(must be 21 or older)

Cherry Street Prison

  • Invite the Cherry Street Ensemble to play/sing at your church or event

  • Invite a Friends representative to speak at your church, class, or group

  • Organize a group of volunteers to assist with a Sunday evening worship service once per year

  • Become a sponsor for an offender (men only)

  • Host a hygiene product drive 

  • Purchase items from the Amazon Wish List and have them shipped directly to Cherry Street

  • Provide a 6- to 8-week Bible Study

  • Sign up for Friends biannual newsletter

  • Thursday afternoon tutoring

Forsyth County Jail

  • Help with a staff cook-out in the summer

  • Put together a ministry team to be trained to lead Sunday worship services

  • Attend the annual 5:30 p.m. jail prayer circle with local Moravian churches. Visit fjpm.org for the date
